Company history
Tavex OY was founded in Finland in 1996. In 2002 a branch company Tavex SIA was founded in Latvia. In October 2005 Tavex opened an office in Sweden, which operates under the name Tavex AB.
Since 2004 Tavex started buying and selling investment gold coins and bars.
Company today
At present, Tavex employs about 100 people and operates in 4 countries - Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia. Company is audited every year by KPMG.
Tavex has direct contracts with some of the world's biggest investment gold factories like:
• The Perth Mint in Australia, which produces both coins and bars;
• China Great Wall Coins Investments Ltd - Chinese gold coin producer;
• Kumbyol Corporation, which belongs to the Central Bank of DPR Korea;
• PAMP Suisse - Swiss gold bar producer.
• Valcambi - Swiss gold bar producer.
In addition to the mentioned factories, Tavex has also good relations with several investment gold wholesalers in different parts of the world. |
